Boutique Hotel Le Baron is renting out accommodation (double rooms and suites) and supplying further services to guests, among others serving food at our Restaurant Butoiul Sasului Restaurant on site. Boutique Hotel Le Baron is providing detailed information and carefully tailoring its offers presented online and offline.
Bookings can be made using the online booking system on our website, via email or telephone. Confirmed bookings are those confirmed in written form by the email or text message confirmation and constitute a binding contract concluded by Boutique Hotel Le Baron and the guest.
All rates and prices are displayed on the website of Boutique Hotel Le Baron.
When concluding the contract by making the booking, a down payment of 50% is required, which has to be paid online via bank transfer, via credit card or cash at reception in LEI or EUR.
At Boutique Hotel Le Baron we accept cash payments in LEI and EUR as well as Visa-, Master- and Maestro- Cards (for all credit card payments a surcharge of 1,5% applies).
At Butoiul Sasului Restaurant we accept cash payments in LEI and EUR as well as Visa-, Master- and Maestro- Cards (no surcharge for credit card payments).
Cancellation or modification of reservation
Cancellations are possible before the start of the rental period. Cancellations must be declared in written form. The date of the cancellation is deemed to be the date, when the written declaration is received by Boutique Hotel Le Baron. In case of cancellation or no show, the following terms apply:
up to 14 days before beginning of reservation period a cancellation fee: 0%
up to 7 days before beginning of reservation period a cancellation fee of 50% of total confirmed rental costs
No show without cancellation – the total price is charged as compensation
For event bookings (weddings, baptisms, team-buildings, conferences or other events) special cancellation conditions may apply according to the individual contract.
After a cancellation, the down payment will be repaid to the guests according to the above-mentioned terms within 30 days.
In order to rent accomodation at Boutique Hotel Le Baron, the guest must have a valid liability insurance that covers possible damages.
It is forbidden to rent out to third parties without the expressed agreement of Boutique Hotel Le Baron. At departure, the guest shall leave the rental unit in good order and a reasonable state of cleanliness. The room or suite may be occupied only with the number of persons mentioned in the intermediation contract. Children are considered a persons and shall be registered at the time of booking the accommodation. As long as Boutique Hotel Le Baron did not agree in writing, Boutique Hotel Le Baron reserves the right to reject extra persons. It is forbidden to mount tents or caravans on the land of the house, or to install extra beds in the house, without the previous agreement of Boutique Hotel Le Baron.
On the day of arrival, the guest is usually able to take over the room or suite from 14 pm. On the day of departure, the room or suite must be handed over until 11 am. After checking in, the guest shall check the inventory of the room or suite and shall notify Boutique Hotel Le Baron within 12 hours about all the deficiencies in order for them to be repaired or substituted as soon as possible. Any complaints concerning the rental unit shall be communicated without any delay to the administration of Boutique Hotel Le Baron. Late complaints (complaints at departure) cannot be taken into consideration.
The guest shall carefully maintain both the rental unit and its inventory and shall inform Boutique Hotel Le Baron immediately of any damages occurred during her / his stay and – if necessary – pay for these damages to be repaired or compensated.
Boutique Hotel Le Baron is strongly committed to carefully process our guest’s reservation details according to Romanian state law. The information and descriptions online and offline refer to our property as well as the surroundings and have an informal, not binding character. All information provided about sizes and distances are estimated measurements. Boutique Hotel Le Baron is not liable for non-compliances regarding the services when:
- the causes are beyond our field of influence, especially in case of war, strike and dismissals, riots, epidemics, natural disasters, drought, state interventions, etc.; in the field of public utilities (e.g. electrical power, water, other energy), waste management, especially if these perturbations are determined by force majeure or by local climate conditions.
- damages and disturbances of electrical / sanitary devices, caused by wear or wrong use.
- damages to the neighborhood and environment;
- services of persons who, according to national or foreign legislation, are exempt from liability or they have limited liability;
Boutique Hotel Le Baron is not responsible for your personal belongings, e.g. in case of theft or fire, etc.
In case of unforeseen circumstances when concluding the contract (e.g. owner’s serious illness or death, etc.), Boutique Hotel Le Baron may withdraw from the contract not being held liable for compensation.
In this case, another room or suite, of the same quality shall be offered to the guest. If this is not possible, the already paid amount will be fully refunded.
Place of execution – competent court
The place of execution and the competent court is Targu Mures.
When a term included in the rental contract and / or the general commercial conditions is not valid, the rest of the contract remains valid. Regulatory gaps shall be filled in the sense of the persisting terms. Verbal agreements are only viable if confirmed in written form by Boutique Hotel Le Baron.
